Delivery Method All orders are shipped via Aramex Shop-to-Door, a reliable door-to-door courier service that delivers directly to your address.

Delivery Timeframe Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, please allow 8 to 11 business days for delivery. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Aramex tracking number via email. You can track your parcel at www.aramex.com or through the Aramex app.

Shipping Coverage We currently ship to addresses within South Africa. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

Delivery Delays While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Aramex will make a follow-up attempt or contact you directly. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.
